Hasbro answered this during the last QnA. The factory missed adding them to quite a few Dusty figures, and since the manufacturing run is done, there really isn't a recourse other than trying to trade it back in where you bought it for replacement.
Since so many were missing, I went ahead and made a mold for it and will make replacement parts available very shortly. They won't be exact color matches, but if you want that they are easily paintable. *EDIT* BTW, my set was missing the harness as well. I had to talk my business partner out of one of his extras which he kindly donated to the cause. |

I wouldn't even think about buying Dusty without his webgear; I only saw that DVD pack a few times at retail and every one of them had him missing his straps. *sigh*

I never even knew some of the DVD packs were missing Dusty's harness. Now I will have to check mine tonight when I get home from work.
edit: I am in luck, I checked my Dusty, and he does have the harness! I ordered the DVD pack off HTS.com Last edited by topfueluhl; 05-18-2009 at 07:18 PM.. |

I bought mine online from HTS and it didn't have it. Saw it many times at Wal-Mart with 1 out of 3 at the store with it.
When KM had their sale on the sets a few months ago, I was going to take advantage of the deal but noticed they were all missing as well. Oh well...

I saw the pack at Target and passed on it thinking I'd see it again. So far, no luck. I'm really hoping they'll release a single card without any massive repaints to make him into a ROC Dusty. Or better yet, make a 7 figure desert Joe set to match the Cobra exclusive. |

I still got my set in BBTS POL. I went to a toy show and got him single for $5 with the straps. Was also selling one without straps for $5 as well. Didn't want to take the chance of missing straps.
