This weekend I found myself in the quaint little town of Monrovia california which for me is kinda the middle of nowhere and I winded up going into an older Target (you could tell it use to be an old Gemco store) and thought maybe out here in BFE I might score some Joes? WRONG! They actually still had a single card Serpentor and TF Flint but that was it..and then I saw this and I thought...Wow even out here in this nice little town repackers have struck once again! Now I know the repacker threads have been beat to death already but this one was imo was as the title says "especially shameless" because they took torch's upper arms
but left the lower arms and had him switched in the wrong place. I mean it's one thing when the people don't pay attention to what figures are being swapped out but how the hell do you miss that the man has no upper arms? I attached the pic and I know theres a glare but sorry it was from my cell

Maybe is something new that Hasbro is developing like Zartan changing colors, Torch is becoming invisible! LoL. I know what you mean, repackers suck and should be beaten with a blunt object!

I hope you're kidding.
Repacking is seriously pathethic.

Repackers are broke ass loosers that give the hobby a bad name. If I ever caught someone doin it at my local store, I'd buy the repack, complain to management (which does crap for good) then try my best to shove it up his or her rectum.

Me bloody arms er' gone!!!!
For $10 is it really worth dissecting a figure, taking the time to repack it, drive to the store and return it. For a UBP I can see their twisted logic but not on this one. |
