That is a very cool looking bird, I could definately see it taking the place of the F-14. The XP-14F SKYSTRIKER is a two seater, you would probably get one figure ACE and if TRU does it, they would include a second pilot SLIPSTREAM like they did with the THUNDERWING, which to me was one of the best planes they put out in years, but if needs all that extra stuff tossed out. The electronics arent required or necessary. I like the joy stick, but again, not necessary. The detailing is amazing, if they could put that out again for under 30$ I would buy them up.
The RAH ANNIV line basically brought JOE back from the edge of obscuirity. Sales have always remained strong. With ROC, Joes flew off the shelf with the TRU deal, all 5 tru's that I frequent are still reeling from sales, they havent even restocked yet. I hope TRU does it again, I bought about 15 JOES and got the NIGHT RAVEN for 20$ (no rolling wheels---full retard Hasbro) Getting back to topic, the XP-14F SKYSTRIKER is iconic and it still looks like a badass, not to mention the nostalgia factor, it would be the coolest toy. I know a slew of people already on pre-order for the JSI 3 foot tomcat, at 230 to 250$ for pre-order, I would say yes, there is still a market. |
