No, not the real thing. I bought a BBI Apache earlier this year, took it out of the box and put it together. Now, my priorities have been changed for me and I will likely need to get rid of it. Unfortunately, I put it together, and I gently tried taking the tail off and found it ipossible. I don't want to just pull. Never a good idea. So I was wondering if I'm going to be able to pull it apart somehow or if I'm going to have to ship it like that. Please help!!!

Musta known I was gonna read this with that first sentence. Warm water can soften up plasic to the point it's maliable enough to get some pieces out, however heat can cause it to expend temporarily too.

I was going to answer "with a well-placed rocket." Then I read the first line.

I don't have one and unfortunately can't help you, sorry mate...

I took mine apart when I moved to gulfport(I don't have the room to display it here)and I just pulled hard enough to seperate the tail from the body.It was tough but it came apart and nothing broke,so I was happy. Not sure if there is any other way.Good luck!!!

I did the same thing when I sold mine. Took some effort, but nothing broke.
