HI i have bought about 8 sets of these from hasbrotoyshop.com over the last 3 months and the last batch which was 3 sets 10 in each set
all 30 had a problem the gi joe 25th figures would not fit.I did not know why so i measured the inside and found out the latest batch where 1/8'' of an inch less in width has anyone bought these and noticed that some figures would not fit.I did once force a figure in and it bent the card edges.to me this is bad quality control i sent all 3 back over two weeks ago asking for a replacement and of course i have got no response from hasbrotoyshop.com at all they have terrible customer service. Silly rabbit! Don't put your toys in the case up-side-down!

I ordered 3 boxes of cases in December and finally got around to sticking my figures in them today and WHAT DO YOU KNOW! Half of them don't fit right.
I bought a bunch of these last summer and they all worked great, I wonder if there was a manufacturing issue. I noticed the ones that didn't fit were all stuck together really tight coming out of the box. Here is my email to Customer Support @ HTS. Here's hoping eh! ---- Hello, I placed an order for a bunch of things in late December (order is in email below). One of the items I ordered was the "G.I. JOE Official Protective Cases (10-Pack)", or Item #69036. I ordered three cases of 10 (so 30). I finally got around to opening the boxes today and tried to put my G.I. Joes in the cases and fully half of the plastic cases will not fit my G.I. Joes. The plastic is narrower at the top than it should be and the figures will not fit in the case without damaging the figures. Some of the cases work fine, but about half of them either do not fit the figures in, or the back half of the case will not snap on and stay on. I bought 5 boxes of these from you back in July at the San Diego Comic-Con at your little shop and did not have one problem with any of those. I have talked to a few other people who recently bought some of these cases from the website and are experiencing the same issues. Is there any way I can get a replacement for these cases? I actually need to order more as well, but I am holding off until I can be sure the cases are going to work. Thank you for your prompt reply. |

Yeah I bought some star wars cases not to long ago and the same thing. None of the clone wars and legacy figures fit. Worried about getting the gi joe cases now.

That sucks. I bought 10 to try them out right before they upped the price from $10/10 cases to $15/10 cases, so I never even opened them to see if they fit because I got pissed at the price increase.
Even if they did fit, I won't be buying any at that ridiculous price increase. It's not that much, if you aren't buying, say, 100 like I intended. $150 is quite a difference from $100, when it boils down to plastic cases for action figures. |

Does anyone know of a good alternative to the HTS cases? When I looked before the other options seemed even MORE cost prohibitive.
Thats why I picked up a bunch at Comic-con last year, no shipping charges.. but now if I have to ship them AND they don't fit.. le sigh. |

As far as the Joe figures go, I have never had a problem fitting them in the cases. The cases I received were stuck togther and hard to pull apart as others have mentioned, but once they were free they were fine.
