We already have a ton of good looking and functional Roadblocks. From the ARAH version to the Resolute 7 pack version.

I'll stick with my Resolute Roadblock. I have no interest in a figure with less articulation and an unusable hand.

If anything I think The Rock's face looks more like Dart then Roadblock. If I ever get him he'll probably just end up being Dart.

Why replace our roadblock and then replace the hands on the roadblock we replaced roadblock with? The Roadblock that had good hands in the first place? I'm confused. Roadblock, roadblock, hands, hands, replace....ok. thats better.

Hopefully hasbro will issue an off screen character like benchpress that will have compatible hands, or make a change during production.

Yes, I'll buy him. And yes, I'll replace the hand. I'm going to end up getting a couple versions of him, and I'm pretty sure that not every one of them has those hands. So whichever one goes on my desk will have the best hands. Simple as that. I don't mind the knee or ankle gripes. I'm kind sick of the kneepad look anyway. I think the Bazooka figure looked just fine with the simple knee hinge.

To me, none of the ME versions of Roadblock have really been an A+ figure. They all have had faults. But I really like the Retaliation sculpt. So he'll be Roadblock to me now (though I am tempted to just call him Agent Hobbs). Has Hasbro said if Roadblock will be Samoan from now on, like how they made Ripcord black permanently?

I thought about the same thing, but I decided not to. There will be other versions of "The Rock" with, um, you know, articulation. Plus, I'm boycotting the non articulated figs, if only to send Hasbro a message.

"The Rock" will be "The Rock" in my Joe-verse and I think that's cool....he can be a hand - to - hand combat instructor with the Sarge.

I don't want to use the usual suspects when it comes to a machine gunner. Kind of like what happens around here with snipers and Barretts.

I'm thinking about giving him that monstrosity that Hardball came with. It's pretty much the only reason that I ever bought that figure.
