Meh.. I'm torn. I'd rather pay $9.99/$10.99 for 2 figures than $7.99 for one.
Its that whole Costco mentality, 'spend more and save'... Many of the figures I didn't want I tossed up on eBay the moment I got them and they sold for a pretty hefty chunk of change. |

most of mine were recycled into customs so i can't complain. Having all those extras laying around though is what started me on customizing

Well, then it helped broaden your horizons!
That's cool man, I started just recently as well... once you get the customizing bug, it's tough to shake! |

Do most ppl here care for the comic packs? For me they're a thorn in my side because i feel that I have to put up another $3 for a comic and figure I don't want. With Copper Head i gotta ship wreak i didn't want, with breaker i got and unsightly destro, with hawk it was a scarlett i didn't want. There have been great ones like the twins and nocks packs don't get me wrong. But as a whole it usually feels like there's a good one packed with a throw away.

I like the comic packs. I give the comic to my son, and if it I get a duplicate figure, I figure I can either sell it or customize it (even tho I don't have in skill in making them)

Is the Quick Kick body the same they used for Gung Ho? Because I thought it was smaller... anyway, I was thinking Quick Kick with Tomax/Xamot crotch, Firefly thighs and Viper boots... with a new head.

I enjoy the comic packs alot. They seem to bring more "life" to the character rather then just packing him in the normal card. The StormShadow/Firefly was a good example. I am so tired of Stormy, but when he was set up in that cool pack with FF and all those accesseries, I jumped on it.
I hope Dr.Mindbender is in the white labcoat. I like the old Mindbender, but it's a tad too circus freak looking now. (as if 99%) of Cobra isn't heheh) I would really like to see a B.A.T. that's incomplete. Like give it half a Endoskeleton or something. That would be cool to pack with him. I was never a fan of Valor Vs Venom so I hope they don't make this Venomous Maxiums guy. I guess it was just toooo far off from my old collection. (Even though sand Viper is bada$$)

I'd rather them release him with a B.A.T. or with another Mindbender...
Hell, put the classic and the white-lab-coated one in 1 2-pack, that way we're guaranteed to get the one we want. (Or closer to the one we want than just 1 or the other) My money's on the classic look. Yes, it's silly. But the way Scarlett dresses? Destro? The Dreadnoks? Silly, but I still love them. Nobody dresses like that! |
