I was curious to see how many people were collecting the comic and cartoon carded repacks of the 25th line! I am personally still on the fence (im a carded 25th guy). I went out today and saw a bunch of them clogging the pegs and started thinking I wanted them, but my wallet was screaming no! I just wanted to hear other people's opinion on picking them up! Also, is there a confirmed list of the re-packs?? If so how many are there????

I might pick up some troop builders to open, but that's about it. I have at least one of everything released thus far and I only buy certain characters to open.

I am collecting them.
I'm up to date with the latest ones out thanks to BBTS. I enjoy collecting them but it has been expensive to rebuy these figures I bought for $4.88 now for $7.99+ shipping. Almost every single 25th figure will be re-released on the White card backs. The only figures without upcoming re-releases on white card backs are Wave 1 Cobra Officer Wave 1 Cobra Commander Wave 1 Snake Eyes (Black Timber) Wave 2 Lady Jaye Wave 2 Buzzer Wave 2 Cobra Trooper Wave 2 Serpentor Wave 3 Shipwreck (Shark Tattoo / Anchor Tattoo) Wave 3 Stalker (Yellow Camo) Doc Pimp Destro (silver / gold) |

I am getting some just because I just started collecting in April. Had it not been for the repacks I may have never found a reasonably priced w.1 Flint, Flash, Rock N Roll, Crimson Guard, and IG Destro all of which I've recently picked up. Repacks are a good thing.

Just getting the ones I really want to open like Firefly and Flint. But who knows, I may end up with all of them.

I got the Hama exclusive comic ones. I won't open the repainted figures (multiple Snake-Eyes, Storm Shadows) but will probably the unique figures and troop builders, which means buying a 2nd of them (the ones with the Hama exclusive comics).
The reprinted comics, open 'em up.

I've picked them all up so far. Some of my favorite figures have been from the comic and DVD packs. (yes, even the blue Snake Eyes)

The only ones I don't have of the entire 25th/Modern era line are Wave 4 Stalker (DVD pack suffices) and Red Ninja (never saw him).
Waiting on Wave 10, new comic packs, vehicles and all future waves. The only ones unopened are duplicates of Armor CC, Bludd, IG Destro, Firefly, Zartan, Torpedo and each version of Snake Eyes, and Barbecue, as, in a worst case scenario, backups should any of these old faves break or become lost. I lost every (upwards of 150+) figure from the 80's due to breakage and moving and such over the years. Never again!
