BUT I will say that he's grown on me, and I'm looking forward to an opener, he'll just have to be hiding on the shelf instead of proudly displayed. He can sneak around like Firefly does, I always have him posed lurking around a corner. Haha. I would rather have had a Mindbender, but Wraith is cool. The blue "clear" version is just stupid, but I kinda dig the regular version. I'll get a carded and and opener, the sculpt's nice. Again though, if they were going to go and do a new sculpt, there are plenty in queue that I think more people would have wanted to see. |

I hated him at first, more or less because he's taking the slot of a new sculpt from the classic line... And I don't think he fits in, he looks more like the Battle Armor Cobra Commander, and he doesn't visually look right with the other Cobras... Too Star Wars...

So a BAT and Parka Snake Eyes are the 7th and 8th figure in this wave? Darn... that' going to make it hard to tell if I've missed this wave, since you know whoever finds it is going to snap up the BAT too. Just have to watch for an unusual number of Parka Snake Eyes, but didn't he ship in one of the recent revision cases too?

It's like the logic of "foil" comic books during the 90's...people think they are special, buy multiples, think they will be rich and put them on eBay and I have to admit, even I bought multiple Star Wars translucents...when I first saw them, thought...wow! But later on...I could care less. As for GI Joe, I'm not familiar with the "Wraith" so not sure if the blue makes sense or not.. I agree, they aren't all that great but for me, it depends if variant is that for every 10 cases, there are one...then yeah, I'll be happy if I get one. But if it's one for every case, I'm not going to sweat it.

Going back to last year, none of the single figure waves (or comic pack waves) are ever found on the east coast first and are always found in Southern Cali and Arizona first. Vehicles and other packs seem to be a different story for whatever reason, though.
