This same thing happened to me months ago. Realize no one that works there cares, and if you want something right you have to do it yourself.

Today at 10:00 I called the Target 25 minutes away from work-I can barely get there and back at lunch. I asked politely about the planes. A polite, helpful toy section employee checked and told me they had them. I went at lunch and got them. They were waiting for me at the service desk. The checkout girl was nice and polite as well.
No problems, no frustration. That's the way it should be and usually is.

Maybe if you cared about work you could get a real job and stop working retail. Maybe if you actually had a real skill you could quit whining about customers. It's amazing how many retail workers think they are so much smarter and better than the customer. If your so great get a better job and quit whining about how little you make.
or maybe quit whining about toys? i would imagine quite a few retail workers think of their jobs as a real job...especially if they are making money to put food on the table or support a family. i generally find you get what you give as far as attitude or helpfulness whether it be retail or some other job.

I think it all depends on who is working at your Target. The people at my Target are nice and friendly and if I ask about soemthing are willing to tl me with some enthusiasm. Just depends.

Yes! Finally a fellow Walmart hater, they suck beyond suck. There is such an idiot human collective working there, and you want to talk about rude and poor customer service. I hate that store and dread when I'm forced to give them business for their exclusives. |

of course their rude to you
stop calling and asking about toys. their a high volume chain who move millions and dont have time for that. not to be curt just being honest that if you really want them just buy them by the case like everyone else does. |
