I get they are supposed to be some sort of unit equipped for Jungle Missions..but why the Blue?
Does this have represent any real aspect of military gear? I want to like these..but that Blue just seems so out of place..which sucks because I love Falcon and Low Light. Any input is appreciated. |

Apologies for lack of clarity on the original post...
Yes, it's the 7 pack I am referring to and my question is why the characters have interwoven blue in what should be a solid camp scheme. Other than matching the original as an homage, is there any other real-world accuracy to this type of design? I know Joes from the past had some illogical and outlandish colors...just wondering if there was any rhyme or reason with it other than "that's how they did it back then". The added blue makes them look like some sort of paintball team, rather than a special unit. |

The added blue makes them look like some sort of paintball team, rather than a special unit. "Three-color camouflage design enables them to successfully blend into a woodland or jungle environment when conduction offensive maneuvers behind enemy lines! " If that is whet they are trying for the blue is a miserable fail lol. would think they would want to be Black/Brown/Green. However those colors were already used in most of the original characters. I think the blue was just an arbitrary choice at what color the artist designing them picked. I really don't think it has any meaning behind it.
