Well considering most vintage vehicles are compatible with modern era figures you got alot of choices.
For Urban teams if you want to roll fast through town the GI Joe Night Ops Humvee is the most ideal. For more armored options in an urban environment you got the Rhino and the classic APC (yes, it is ME compatible) and for urban air-support where squeezing between skyscrapers might be necessary the Sky Hawks and Ghost Hawk. (the Ghost Hawk is supposed to be stealth and equiped with a load of radar scrambling and electronic warfare stuff). Your Elite Ops team is basically the Joe's best guns. Sounds like a hit-squad. I'd go with something fast and silent, get in, execute objective, get out before alarms go off. Im thinking Ghost Hawk again for its ability to sneak in and fly at low altitudes. (its like the Joes futuristic Little Bird) the A.W.E. Strikers are bad ass for open terrain infiltration like in the desert. They are fast and can move over rough ground i.e. rocky, mountainous, swampy AOs. The Tomahawk is also an ideal insetion/exfiltration vehicle, again its ME compatible. Spec Ops in real life use Blackhawks and Little Birds from groups like S.O.A.R. (special operations air regiment) so the Tomahawk is like the joes version of a Blackhawk and Chinook rolled in one. And it carries as much ordanance as an Apache. Your Assult team is packing a punch, sounds like a heavy support team with dudes like Benchpress and Bazooka on a team you know they can wreck some shit up! Load them up with heavy punching vehicles. Im thinking the Equalizer, the Mauler or the Raider are all heavy armor vehicles with pleanty to dish out. The Night ops Chopper is also a hell of a gunship and for the ultimate in GET-OUTTA-MY-WAY-ability the G.I. Joe Patriot Grizzly.

Urban Assault Team
Desert and Night Ops Humvees (good luck). Or get some PTE Humvees. Elite Operations Whatever the mission calls for. This team looks a lot like one of mine. If they're all being dropped in the same spot; Tomahawk or PTE Blackhawk. They usually insert themselves in a number of different ways. Assault Team POC VAMPs, DTC/ROC Rhino, Joe/PTE Humvees, or PTE Fast attack "golf" vehicles.
