On Friday I received my first order from Marauders, Inc. I have never ordered from them before, and I am THRILLED with these weapons!
Let me be clear: I'm very, very picky about my GI Joes' weapons and gear. Guns have to be the right size, the right color, good quality, and accurate to the comic, the real world, and/or the original figures. I'm "that guy". So when a friend recommended Marauders, Inc., I was skeptical. I just didn't believe they would be what I was looking for, or as good as people said. Boy, was I wrong. I decided to take a chance and order a variety of weapons I thought I might want, and see which I liked and went with my collection. I had no idea how pleased I'd be with the result! Here's what I ordered: AK-47 with wood stock AK-47 with folding stock AK-74 with wood stock, no bayonet, and removeable magazine HK-MP5 Luger Bazooka Mac-10 AKS-74U "mini AK-47" First off, the pictures on the Marauder site don't do them justice at all. They look so good in person that they outshine the images online. The lines are crisp, the flat surfaces are flat, the details are just right, and there are no rough edges or flaws in the plastic. The AK-47/74 is the best of the lot. It looks great with my Troopers, and fits well in their hands. I will be geting more of these to arm my very large Cobra army. See the AK here: AK-47 / 74 Assault Rifle w/ Removable Ammo clip (1) - 1:18 Scale Weapon for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures The Luger is a great addition to my arsenal-Cobra Commander used a Luger or a similar pistol in the comic, as did Dr. Venom, and Cobra Officers can be seen carrying Lugers in the comic. See the Luger here: Luger Automatic Pistol (1) - 1:18 Scale Weapon for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures The MP5 is very nice and will make a good officer weapon or Joe weapon. Its only flaw is the lack of trigger and trigger guard. That's more than made up for by the overall look and feel of the gun, and the iconic nature of the weapon itself; See the MP5 here: HK- MP5 Submachine Gun (1) - 1:18 Scale Weapon for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures The mini-AK is more or less comic accurate. At least, in the comic you sometimes see Cobras with stockless AKs. I like it, but again no trigger and trigger guard. I think this would make a great weapon for the Para Viper (I don't like his weapons as much) and the ability to give him this or the Marauder MP5 probably will lead me to buy more Para-Vipers than I otherwise would have. See the AKS-74U here: AKS-74U Assault Rifle "mini AK-47" (1) - 1:18 Scale Weapon for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures The Mac-10 is a great weapon and also is comic-accurate. It's perfect to arm Cobra Officers, and I may use it for my Hiss Drivers. See the Mac-10 here: MAC-10 Sub-Machine Gun w/ Silencer (1) - 1:18 Scale Weapon for 3 3/4 Inch Action Figures I have already placed another order, for more of these and for other weapons, and I recommend any Tankers as particular as I am about their weapons and gear to do the same. Well done, Marauders!!!

I agree
Marauder makes the best weapons. They are good to fit out the current Modern Era figures. That way the original weapons can be stored and will survive another 25 years It's easier, and cheaper, to replace the Marauder weapons if they get lost than to replace the Hasbro weapons |

Agreed, Marauder ROCKS! Just got my 6th overall batch yesterday. Got some of John's newbies. The SCAR rifle, M-14 EBR,multi-shot grenade launcher,Auto-9 pistols among others. The quality was amazing once again. Also picked up some AK-47/74s w/ bayonet for my comic pack Sieges. No more of those darn bolt-action rifles they come with!

I've almost pulled the trigger (as it were) on buying from them for a couple years now. Their stuff looks awesome. With your thumbs up, I'll go ahead and get some arms.

I've ordered from Marauder Guns twice, or three times. I like 'em better than the ones that come with the Joe figures.

Here are some pics. I've ordered several of the AK-47s and expect them to look great with my troop builders.
