I would think that if it hated his face is would go down with one flush. Sorry, but that one kinda missed the mark.

Pffft. You think THIS is bad? Try collecting Transformers.
Hasbro shamelessly re-uses the exact same molds three and four times over several different lines, just slapping some slightly different paint on it and giving it a new name. I'd actually say they've done a comparatively good job with the Joes. Sure, there's sculpt repeats, but not so bad that I'd call it blatant. |

I got my hands in so many other lines that I don't even try to be a completist for the 25th stuff. I don't like all the repaints either but what ya gonna do? I'm just happy that I even have the option to collect G.I. Joe in this day and age. All my favorite characters are back and it's cool. I find it frustrating to have to purchase comic, dvd or 3 packs just for the one or two figures I want. It's a small price to pay to collect everybody I want/need from 1982-1986 I guess. I have had no problem at all selling off the stuff from those packs I don't want/need.....so it all works out in the end.

^This. They're pumping out figures at a ridiculous rate compared to ARAH in the 80's. The other choice is to have old product on the shelves for 6 months to a year in return for new molds. |

Damn, that's an awesome Keel Haul.
I have to agree that I don't mind them reusing parts from existing figures. I just wish they'd put some effort into it. Not just take a handful of parts mash them together, and then try to decide who it might look like if you squint and turn your head sideways... |
