Somewhat completed, just have to order Airtight's Gun, I was thinking of using his original Backpack, but imagined it to be too big.

The vest was from the Viper figure that came in the F.A.N.G. / C.L.A.W. box set. I removed the greandes from the top right chest area, and cut off the bottom part where the belt was attached to.
