Back a couple years ago in the Joecon the collectors club came out with the Cobra Moral. One of the badder figures from outside the states.
Does anyone know how to put in a request or know how to get the collector club convinced to make another figure like that? I would certainly like to see Glenda made. With her blonde hair and VAC-CHROME paint. This is a very rare figure to find but since there wasn't too many and since it was foriegn, there just aren't too many around. I believe it would be a great service to us collectors if they could get this figure remade like she always was supposed to be. Please help if you know and thanks for your time! -M |

Ya I want to know too!!! I sooooo want her along with the other Argentina Figures
The cobra Mortal was the only toy I bought from that year I would soooo join the club if they did them I want the Argen 7 and ACTION FORCE guys however I think since we have the 25th anniversary molds we should use them instead I think the best way is to join the club at the free membership which gives you access to the clubs forums and post that you want these guys I did but we need EVERYONE that wants this to do it too Im not too sure the club really listens to people though, it almost sounds like they dont to be honest but its a start! let me know if you post if its a different thread then Ill post my support |

That would be great to have International convention set.
Maybe Argen 7 but first i want UK Action Force Set. A mix of all International figures would be awesome. |

A mix of internation figures would be great in the set. Anything the collectors want I understand, just so long a vac-chrome Glenda is included.
As far as the 25th molds are concerned, I don't think the club likes the new molds. They are interested in the 80's molds. However,I am all about bugging and protesting Hasbro until they do make a new international inspired set of figures. I don't give Hasbro much credit because they are making the "Pilot Scarlett" as their homage to Glenda, but this keeps true to Scarlett because she has red hair and the vac-chrome has been cheapened to regular flat silver paint. The club is the way to go. Does anyone know how the G.I.Joe Club makes their decisions to make their convention sets? We really need to know as to influence their selection process. Thanks! |

Vac-Molding is total ass and there was NO REASON to make the Cobra Mortal that year. It wasted a spot in already underwhelming set.

Man, I thought everyone would like Cobra Mortal. Although original '82 series molds might be thought of as kind of wimpy compared to later years, I still think Cobra Mortal was cool!
The Argentinians working at Plasmira sure had a sense of style that Hasbro has yet to achieve! I love vac-chrome and I hope G.I.Joe Collector Club takes my suggestion to heart and makes Glenda for next year! I know there are alot of figures and millions of fans with their own opinions on what to make, but I hope Glenda is at the top of the list of cool figures that is rare and awesome enough to warrant a new issue! It is my intention to lobby this issue until it becomes a reality! -M |

Glenda and Quarrel should be done at the same time since the club likes to reuse molds whenever they can and in this case it makes sense!
