Wow....
Hasbro US doesnt know *everything* going on with the Other Hasbros. I'm almost certain this falls in line just with the Nemesis Primes that have shown up, and also Rodimus as well. The "After Hours" Transformers... I'm guessing he is talking about what people keep calling "lunch time specials" As far as I saw there was none of these showed up sealed in packages. There was plenty of *other* Primes that showed up in boxes, but thats another story. So basically here is the more than likely exactly what happened. One of the Asian Hasbros reran some of the SDCC Toys. Either for internal use, or for the Asian markets. Expect more of them to show up. They more than likely are identical to the US toys. |

So what's the final verdict now that Hasbro is denying accusations that Gold PDDs were recently released in Asia? Should these 81921 PDDs be considered fake?
Even if they were made at the Hasbro factory? Mine is on the way and once I get it I'm going to inspect it very carefully.

Everyone seems to be forgetting one very important piece of evidence...the Hasbro factory box with the matching date code "81921". If these were indeed made for bootleg purposes, why the box? Why would they go out of their way to make a box?
As far as Hasbro reps go, they are hard to believe after all the lies they tell. One of their reps Denise I think her name is, told me that the "81921" wasn't a date code. I buy factory cases all the time and it clearly says DATE CODE on it. I'm not sure if they can be trusted. Like I said earlier I have my 81921 PDD on the way from Cali and I can't wait to get it. I'm going to send it to AFA, I wonder if they would notice something different on it. We will see. |

If it is indeed a date code, it's just stamped accordingly when run thru the printing machine. I still think these are real Destros, just produced without authorization from Hasbro US or International. They will command a short premium, but in later years collectors will only search out the legitimate authentic 7 series Destros. Who's to say that the China bootleggers keep pumping him out and in the long run subsequent 8 series and maybe even 9 series will just devalue themselves. Now if they could only roll back those numbers and match the original SDCC Destro codes, they could make a killing and in turn ruin the sanctity of exclusiveness. Here's to bootleg after hours Pipers, Yellow Stalkers, and Black Timber Snake Eyes! Get crackin' bootleggers! COBRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! |

That statement right there is an out and out lie on the part of the Hasbro Rep. I got a Nemesis Prime from Australia that came from a retail store so I know they exist.
