I was reall dssapointed when I opened my "Dark Beneath the SIlence" comic pack to find Mainframe's right leg is longer thean his left. This ruins the awesomely sculpted figure for me. I loved the figure until I started to put him on his stand. Anyone else have this problem? Any simple way to fix him?
Beach Head was A+ from the comic pack in other terms. |

You think that's bad. My Punisher fig's legs are WAY lopsided and he has two right lower legs.

if it's lopsided because the leg is bent or bowed, I use a blow dryer to heat up the leg, once it's warm straighten it, then immediatly run cold water on it. I've done that with several figs and accessories. If it's just short, i don't know what to say.

That's what I did today to fix Cobra Commander's pogo vehicle today. Boiled some water and dipped it in for about 20 seconds and SHAZAAM! Fixed.

Hum, when you have a shorter leg, is mostly because the knee isn't aligned right.
It happens a lot. I have three CC figures (i love this guy, is great for customs) and the legs change on each. One has a notorious diffrence in length. Unfortunately, i don't know how to fix this in a simple way...you can enlarge the hole where the pegs fit, but you'll need a bigger peg, and is not guaranteed to work. You could try by disarming completely the legs. Take apart every piece (don't have fear, with boiling water, as other state here, is really easy) and assemble them again. Sometimes it works cos you'll be putting much more care than factory assembling. It worked for me in some cases. Also, after assembling, move the articulation to bend the leg as much as posible. Sometimes this would stretch some extra material that shouldn't be there. If not...well, bad luck :( Place the figure as if is taking a step, so you wouldn't note the difference :S |

I didn't notice a problem with the legs but his face sure looks strange. As far as legs go every one of my IG's from the Destro comic pack has messed up legs to the point where they look ridiculous standing there.
