$25 sdcc black suit cc's on ebay?

So i have keeping an eye on the SDCC Black Suit auctions on ebay, and they are taking quite a dip. I saw 5 of them go for $25 a piece last night, 1 of witch was signed by Larry Hamma. The Blue suits are staying at a strong $125 but that black took a dump. (ouch to anyone who payed $50+ like i almost did)

So my question is, Did the silver PDD take this much of a price dip last year after the SDCC and the HTS release?

Im wondering if this figure is gonna be bargain BIN fodder, witch sucks because i wanted to sell one to re-coupe the money i dropped on HTS.com.

EDIT: One other question. Does anyone know how many Blue & Black suits were made & how many Gold & Silver PDD were made?

I believe the silver could be had for around 25$ at one point.

Man, i wish i could have jumped on that. I was sitting in the middle east at this time last year. I couldn't get squat!

Yep, they hovered around that price for at least a few weeks, as I recall. I sold a loose one for 15 bucks early on, and kind of regretted it later.

The supply is really high, and going to be higher as people get their HTS orders in, but then the people that want to own them will get them and keep them, and the supply on eBay will go down. . .that is when the prices will go up, I'm betting (though I doubt they will get to PDD prices. . .)

This happened with the destros last year. I had 6 silver destros and the first three I put up for auciton only ended around $20. I ended up putting the remaining in my ebay store and they finally sold for $30 about a month and half after I had them. The Black CC will dip down to the 25-30 range for about a month or so and then once all of those cheap ones are gone, guess what, its back upt to at least $40-50 a pop minimum.

Blue CC stayed rather high from the beginning but I picked up a Gold PDD on eBay for $35.00 the Sunday the Con ended last year.

and I just checked ebay and the min. buy it now for the Black CC that I coudl find was $32, the ones that are being bid on that end today are in the $30-40 range already.

i was watching these last night.

None broke $30

I think 30 -40 will be the average for the Black suited version until the HTS orders hit, then it will drop and go back up. I also bought one off of ebay for 40 shipped just in case I was not able to land one on HTS.

Initially last year, people didn't know what the gold PDD was going to be worth (i.e. supply vs. demand). People are anticipating that blue blazer CC will ultimately be as scarce and popular as gold PDD last year, which is why his initial price is so high.

Personally, I feel that the price on that one will actually go down a bit, as people realize how crappy a figure he is. But, maybe not. . .
