[Blue Ninja]

Just picked up the new Stalker at Walmart, and I like the figure, even if it is a kit bash.

However, my one pet peeve about the figure is the gun?

Okay, it's the standard, Stalker grease gun, but now called by the BS name of a FPC Firepit, and he doesn't have any extra mags on him. Instead, he's carrying M4 mags(because he has Solid Snake Duke's vest).

I have seen this on several figures in the past, and it just bugs me. If you're going to accessorize, do it right. Either, give him a new weapon, or give him the right mags on his vest.

And Stop making up BS names for the guns, unless you design a made up weapon to go with it.

Furthermore, if you give him a weapon that has a peg to attach to the figure, then make sure the figure has a slot for it.

I think I'll give him the SCAR from the new Snake Eyes until a better solution comes along, but I just wanted to rant a bit.

But I do agree with you on the Gun/Magazine combo flub. Sort of. Doesn't bother me, I just outfit my guys with Marauder weapons anyway.

i immediately swapped it out because it he can't hold it very well, though i do appreciate the gesture. the big knife is weird, but, again, i refuse to complain about figures coming with accessories that don't make sense because i am grateful that they come with anything. the more shit i get in my 8 dollar figure the better.

I knew going in I was gonna use maybe ONE of Stalker's factory accessories. Cut the big sheath off the vest while I was at it.

I'm gonna build him a rig from Marauder parts similar to one of the panels in the comic, from his time as a LRRP.

His gun has always been made up. M-32 or something.

Good point. Like I said, it's just a little pet peeve. It's not going to stop me form buying the figure. Heck! I bought a ninja figure with pink weapons and a red ninja dressed in blaze orange. I'll put up with a lot.

oh, yeah, i get ya, wasn't implying that you were bitching. i was thinking more of the folks that seemed angry that figs like poc blowtorch, etc. had weird accessories that weren't in character. if every single figure had a couple assault rifles and a random piece of kitchen equipment i'd be cool with it.

It's is/based on the Swedish K and S&W M-76. It was a popular gun with SF in Vietnam. The M32 is somewhat similar, but the pulverizer was a light machine gun and a different weapon.
