To HASBRO: Please single card these C.P./DVD figures
Hopefully there are others out there like me who will voice their opinion if they agree. My biggest joy in the return of these figures has been the retro artwork. Nothing reminds me more of GIJOE than seeing the new single carded figures. I will post this on several boards and hopefully enough people might agree that Hasbro will listen and consider giving us a bonus wave like they did last Christmas with the single carded figures from the initial 5 packs. There are several figures currently, or soon to be released this fall that are being released within comic packs or dvd sets that collectors like me I'm sure want to see released on a single card with their great artwork. No changes to the figure or accessories needed or wanted, just offered with their classic artwork. There are 8 which would make a perfect case size, as happened last year. The case of 8 could be a bonus wave around the end of the year and would do very well, even if it was offered as an online exclusive. These are the classic 8 figures that would be beautiful with their original artwork; 1) Quick Kick 2) Alpine 3) Falcon 4) Tripwire 5) Dusty 6) Sgt. Mainframe (please just add "Sgt" and change "Dataframe", this is not a good choice) 7) Scrap Iron 8) Red Star or (black) Baroness. (Baroness could even have the new head sculpt from the blue suit version with the sunglasses painted black) Well that's my pitch. These are 8 great figures that would make an EXCELLENT wave of carded figures for collectors who love the original artwork. Hopefully Hasbro can accommodate. |

I believe we're getting a Tripwire in wave 12. Same thing goes for Cobra Trooper with red logo, Ripper, and Torch. I think you should add a carded Grand Slam, as well as corrected carded versions of Grunt, Cutter, Short Fuze, Cobra Officer, and Python Patrol Copperhead.

Tele-Viper needs his own card as well, with equipment and some new hands. I agree with everything else, for the most part. Definitely Short Fuze, Scrap Iron, Dusty, Quick Kick, Main"Data"Frame, Alpine, Tripwire, Falcon, Grand Slam, Grunt and an original black uniform Baroness.

I could not agree with you more. I really do love the single cards, I find them fantastic, especially with the silver on them. In fact, I like them so much I find it is so unbearable to even take the figures out, since they look so nice inside them.
