The fact that to get my crew of Nitro aka Moto vipers I have to buy a few Steel crushers. One steel crusher atv is enough.

None.
I never considered the action figure collecting a "habit." More a hobby. I know how to budget the money I make. So nothing toy related ever really kills me. Plus, I don't consider it a "plastic crack habit." I have many other things I do, that would be considered habits or hobbies. I am an avid soccer player, I mountain bike. I read a shitload, I write a ton too. Play video games. Spend time with my Family and friends and girlfriend. Even, if I see something I like or need to fill the collection, I can turn it down and tell myself I'll wait until next time- unless it's something super-duper rare. The modern era stuff was never too hard for me to find, really. It just took time. There was never one specific figure that eluded me in stores for more than about 3-4 weeks. The only stuff I have never seen in a store was yellow stalker, the clear wraith, and the water stinger. Everything else I just was patient with and found on pegs. 95% of my collection is store bought, with the occasional online purchases as usual. -none of the above should be a choice. |

For the people getting their wallets killed by diapers try Fuzzi Bunz, reusable diapers. They are wonderful and have save lots of money.
Disposables are so wasteful and expensive…it’s really not that inconvenient to use reusables.Check em out online. EASY work…no pins or covers, washing is easy and people I know who use them- their water bill has not changed at all. These are not your cloth diapers of 30 years ago. They are like a hybrid old school cloth and disposable diaper. 2 Couple bucks more expensive a pack. But you'll never EVER buy as many as you would disposable. So you save big time. I wish I invented them, because they really are helpful to people with multiple babies, and tight budgets, and who ever owns the patent is a genius. |

It's when you add it all up, the five packs the exclusives, vehicles, etc.. that's when it gets painful. What makes it even worse for me is that I also collect Transformers and MOTUC.

This would require that my wife actually do the laundry more than once every two weeks. |

All this talk about gasoline gets me thinking of my last job-
I used to be a caregiver to a gentleman who had severe autism. He was non-verbal and extremely low functioning. His parents however wanted him out in the community as much as possible, so I would take him to 2 different Targets, 2 Meijers, a Wal Mart, K Mart, and a Toys R us all in one day! I was able to hunt for Gi. Joes, he got out in the community, and to top it off, I was on the clock, and I got rembersed for all the miles I drove! I have since moved up and gotten a better job, but man, sometimes I miss that old job! Of course, the $ I saved on gas went right to Cobras. I just collect Cobras, so troop building vehicles is what's killing me- 6 Trouble Bubbles, 4 AVAC's, and 5 Fang/ CLAW sets, it really adds up! |
