At first it was a few single figures then I picked up the 5-packs. Before I knew it I was hunting like crazy! I had to have my pre-orders in early so I’m constantly checking Hisstank.com for any news. $4.88...$5.99…$6.84. BOOM, gotta grab the 3-packs…WHUUP, gotta grab four HISS tanks and two SHARC’s. SWEET, I finally have enough stickers to mail off for DOC! “Wave 7 just hit”… I need at least ten Cobra Vipers. WHAT, “Wave 8 hits Arizona!” I only need just a few from that wave. “Wave 4 CP’s hits Wal-Mart!” Okay, I only need one of each but I could do a Sarge custom and hmm, Bludd needs some Red Star boots, I can improve that FF/SS CP? “Wave 2 vehicles sighted in South Carolina!” OMG, four TB’s, two Armadillos plus one Vamp equals $105? “Wave 9 due out at the end of the month!” Okay, I swear all I need is eight BATs…ten BATs…no, no, no twelve is ALL I need, right? How many Conquest do I want…four? Firebats?
Is it just me or is your 25th Annie spending also growing exponentially? My collection is probably worth $1100 retail as of June 13, 2008, 4:07pm…LOL |

I sincerely don't want to do the math. It would make me think twice about this line and I just like pretty much everything that comes out.

I hear ya, Focus, I'm the same way (well maybe not THAT bad).
There are days I' (and my wallet) am glad I don't have the troop builder bug... Thanks for putting a "don't want to think about it" option... that's my vote

I don't even want to know. Most of my stuff has been shipped to me, so I don't dare add it all up.

i honestly do not want to know. if i stop to do the math it just makes me think more and enjoy less. it's much less than my rc hobby i can tell you that much. toss in pokemon cards, wii games, etc, gi joe looks tiny. kids are the best and worst excuse for toys. you get to buy them all the time and at the same time you buy them all the time...

Let's just say you need to add a few more options to your scale there.
