They had that big star wars monster for $50. They could always do a limited run, mail order/online campaign. |

I'm sure they know most Joe fans are also SW fans thus they can gauge the market.
Once the Hasbro stockholder see how many of the AT-TEs and BMF sell, they will be wanting big Joe items. Also, remember the AT-AT at TRU was $99.99 and sold out twice. There really is no reason why Joes can't have a big ticket item again. |

Well, as much as I'd like any or all of the large playsets available (what about the Mobile Command Center, anyway?), I hope Hasbro doesn't produce them. YET, at least.
First, Hasbro needs to fully reestablish the Joe line. Sure, they're doing great and selling as fast as they come off the truck, but in every store I've been to, the Joes are relegated to about 6 pegs of space. Even TRU, the last of the toy stores, has them on the sides of the end caps. They can't keep up with the demand for them right now, and a lot of the fans are crying out for better figures, more molds, less repaints, this and that. There's a lot of kinks to be worked out, and until that happens, then Hasbro should not think about doing this. It could shoot the line in the foot. Because yes, we all WANT one, but the going price for a Terrordrome would be around $120, and the Flagg would probably double that. After all the money I've put into collecting this line, I wouldn't be able to keep it complete (unless this new job works out, or I take another overseas contracting job). Hell, I finally found the new HISS today, and have yet to see a single BAT or Snow Serpent in the stores. Priorities. But, yeah, I'd try my hardest to get them if they came out. |

You know what would be nice, Hasbro would release all the vehicles they DO have operable molds for so the fans could get a hint of what could come.
I mean, there are still a handful a vehicles I would love to get, but if they release a newer version, I'll wait. But if I want a Night Raven, I knew that is has no plans, I would start tracking one down. I was about to pay $75 for a 99% complete Rattler, and then found out they were in fact remaking it, in it's original colors to boot. Saved me money and time. I'm looking on ebay at this moment looking for Joe vehicles to get but keep stopping and debating whether or not it would be remade. |

I don't even know if I want them, but here it goes:
Terror Drome: $100 Defiant: $200 Flagg: $300 I have no idea if any of those prices are accurate, but that's as much as I'd be willing to pay. I've *never* liked the Terror Drome, but I'd probably still get one. A Flagg, on the other hand, that I could get into. Ditto with the Defiant.

He still thought that $100 was what reasonable and that people would be multiples. I said no way on both statements. Not all of us have the disposable income that he does. ;) (You see his crazy Viper army?

I should have said release a LIST of what they have molds for.
As for the Millennium Falcon and AT-TE, I have seen MANY people buying them. From what I heard, Hasbro didn't make that many of the Falcons for the first run to see how it did. So I think it's a 1 round thing until stores order more. the AT-TE will probably have a bigger run as it's the same price of the AT-AT which did sell out PLUS it has a big tie in with the upcoming movie/cartoon series. I BIG plus in their book. |
