These are 2 pieces that came with one of the Kong Skull Island Sets. Ambush gets a cool guielle suit, but it doesn't move very well. It looks cool for static poses.
My custom Outback gets the pizza from some Ninja Turtle set and the command post from same Kong set. With Joe product stopping, we're going to have to get creative for product to use. |

I'm doing the same thing like all of you guys are doing. The only humans I'm using from Avatar are the civilian looking ones and I'm also using the aliens as well plus their vehicles. I'm also using Tron, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Peacekeepers, The Corps, Robocop and Chap Mei figures and vehicles. Plus, I'm using Animal Planet's animals and vehicles. I'm also using a few Star Trek movie figures and their accessories and transporter. The list of compatible toy lines is endless.

Thanks man I'll have to check that out. I haven't been super into finding one, but it is on the list. Speaking of Avatar, we use them too. We just need Akwey and Etuykan to complete the range. Finding them for a reasonable amount is proving to be quite a task. Etuykan is running 20 on amazon and Akwey is 25. I am hoping to find them somewhere a bit cheaper.
Our list mirrors your almost exactly. There are quite a few lines that offer usable pieces. Our main focus to supplement the Joeverse are Marvel and Star Wars but we use anything that may look realistic, even if it's Sci-Fi realistic. |

I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, but how do the Funko ReAction figures measure up? I want to get the Stranger Things kids, but everything I see says they're 3.75", which would make them giant children next to my adult Joes of the same size, lol.

This is subjective to some extent, but unless you're okay with utilizing them only as impressionistic blurs in the background, their aesthetic clashes so harshly against the realistic look of Joes that in my opinion they're not viable regardless of scale issues.

I have a re action Predator figure which is Joe compatible as well as a 3 3/4 inch Selena Kyle Catwoman. Plus I buy CORPS female figures for use as custom fodder. Heads and other body parts I buy from Mauraders.

The old Sgt. Rock line had some cool little sets that were sandbags with machine guns, I'd use those for the "early years" of Joe. And Adventure People vehicles and Star Wars playsets.

I don't even really like putting Indiana Jones figures next to my Joes because the 'T' hip construction and the shorter stature makes it very obvious they do not belong. |
