The Piper Was A Part Of Last Years Con Which Was The Official 25th Anny.... That Is Why He Bares The Logo On The Card. Not Because He Was Part Of The Official 25th Line . I Would Call It Complete For What U Got Now! The Ppd Was And Is An Extra!

So far, I have every figure that has been released in stores. I'm now turning my efforts to gathering (if I don't already have them) 10-15 MOMC of my favorite figures. The rest will be going to my son little by little. He has his favorites as well. He doesn't know the figures from the 80's like I do, so he picks his favorites for looks I believe.

Your collection is that, your's. Let it be yours because you love it, not because some "peer group" tells you to buy stuff that makes it "complete" by their interpretation. If they are spending their money they can dictate what is, and what is not, important to you. At the end of the day if you can look at that those toys and say "Hey, this stuff makes me feel the way i wanna feel buying this stuff," then mission accomplished.
Buy because you love.

I own both the silver and gold PDDs and DO NOT consider them part of the 25th collection. I'm even debating to sell them to buy more stuff that's coming out at the stores.
Oh, and Roddy Piper... that figure blows.

I think the Iron Grenadier Piper figure is cool in that the Joes have Sgt. Slaughter... the major dissapointment for me is that he isn't a "25th style" figure. It reminds me of VvV or DTC, which I thought were a little "clunky" looking and never really cared for.
As for your collection being "complete", it's your collection... if you think it's complete, then it is. |

I have everything but PDD and Piper. Of those, I'd like to have the Destro, but not enough to spend the money on it. I'll just leave it at being disappointed I didn't get one when they were cheaper. As for Piper, I have no interest in it.

Piper is not a 25th fig. to me cause of his mold. I have all the figs too minus the variants. I don't bother with variants. It sucks but I do consider CC Destro as part of the 25th collection. And I'm lucky to have the silver head version.

Same here, con stuff is cool if you want it but I look at the line like a kid, if you can't find it in a store, or mail away for it from stuff bought in a store it's just gravy
