My Copperhead crapped out on me...

Opened him and the damned left knee broke - just like other members' did. I said "screw calling Hasbro" and just returned it to Walmart.

I thought about calling Hasbro but what would they do? Ask me to send it back (and I pay for the postage) and wait a million years for them to send me a new one... maybe?

Damned sweatshop labor...

It broke because you were messing with it, or it was already broken in the package?...

take it back to the store.

If you break something or something doesn't include accessories, Hasbro springs for shipping. I've bought Star Wars vehicles before that were missing things and they sent me a label for shipping. Sure it takes a (long... long...) while to get it back, but they don't make you pay to ship it to them.

i read on the seibertron boards that if it's an in-demand product, hasbro retains the right to send "an item of equal value". someone sent in an 08 bumblebee and was given in return some movie legends figure. lame if you ask me. also, not worth the time or effort.

going back to the store is the best choice.

I remember opening two or three and after careful removal from the package, the knees were loose. But did not quite brook off like yours. Maybe its also how you removed Copperhead.
