I'm pretty sure that's not GI Joe and It's not GI Joe scale.

^^ I found them on ebay....I realize it smaller scale, but it does have a Joe sticker on it in that one picture?

My son has one and loves it...if it works 35 isn't a bad deal... It is GI Joe, but not 1:18 scale...maybe 1:72 ( I am not an expert in scales - the planes and choppers are 2" long max.)

Nuh uh, no! Those planes look to be matchbox/hotwheels scale, or maybe even micromachine scale. Unless you're going to use it for the background of a diorama with some forced perspective, it's not really compatible with 3 & 3/4 scale.

Its not G.I.Joe scale (3.75"), but it's definitely a joe item. There were quite a few items just like this one that were on sale for quite some time. They could be found more often than not at Toys R Us. |

PS - Ive seen em go for 45 - 50, so 35 is not bad at all in my opinion.

Ha! Just saw this after I posted...Id say go for it, definitely not too bad a price seeing that in just 2008 they were going for 45 - 50.
