Smalljoes.com still legit?

I haven't used them in a couple of years but never had any issues with them before. 2-weeks ago I ordered a MU CPT America vs. Klaw comic-pack listed in stock and it's been listed as processing for the entire time. Nothing has been charged to my card and I've emailed them inquiring about the order but haven't heard anything back. I know some people here have had issues with them before so have they gone bad?

I know that guy that runs Smalljoes was probably at Joecon, so that could be a reason why.
