I love BBI's Elite Force toys, high quality, and VERY DURABLE. Detailed yet durable, now that is a rare combination in 1/18. Now if you have the space, excellent, if you don't....it sucks because you won't have much shelf space once you get these things. They are simply far bigger than what we are used to with joes. For example the P-51 Mustang by BBI is bigger than the Conquest X-30. The F-86 is up there with the Skystriker. So space is a concern with these beauties but these are damn fine toys if you can afford them and add them to your collection without running out of room.

I think I ended up buying one of the last Apaches that Smalljoes was offering (about a year ago for $60 I think). I loved it until I moved recently. Is there anyway to take the tail off once it is on? I got the blades and wings off, but could not get the tail off, and didn't want to press my luck. |
