ok folks here he is the New wave 3 POC storm shadow also know as hyabusa Stormie.
this is the range of gear you get with him .as you can see the armor is removable so is the skirt.so thos who want to make customs minus the kick feature can do so. this figure is awesome in my opinion, Even with the kick feature. the head sculpt is amazing . weapons wise he comes with the same swords ROC stormie had and the same scabbard as the unmasked PP version. he also comes with a grapple hook like thing and those ninja claws he also has two long dual bladed weapons dunno what they are called. and then to top is all off he has a dragon headed glaive all in all an awesome figure. they colors are nice two slightly diffrent from the Joecon one the clan symbol on this one is a lot darker red were as the joecon one had a red similar to the pants color

Decent head and armor, color scheme and design is okay, minus the action feature. Shit weapons.

What a crappy figure...man I dont get how they can make awesome figures like shock troopers, SE and Lowlight...and then give us this...atleast they could make a kickass looking samurai helmet for a Budo custom...

No... the weapons do suck. With the sword(s) from Res SE/new SE, and the sword from the latest Quick-Kick - the RoC SS Nerf swords are crap by comparison. The handles look more like the spongey grips on a little girls bike.
The rest are simply throw-ins. Meaning = little to no thought was involved. With as much attention dumped into the Sideshow version of SE in this wave, it's a shame that Hasbro can't come up with something a bit better for SS, especially as a standard sword set for such an iconic Ninja character. But then again, I'm sure they'll get it right somewhere in the next 10 SS's they make. |
