My son got this for his Bday a couple of days ago and the only real improvement that i could see would of had both of the back doors open. This ship has alot of play quality as seen just watching my son with it. Even though alot of Joe collectors dont like the shooting missles, those are what my son and his friends really like above any other toy line right now. And why they keep wanting Joes.
No, the FF didnt come with any weapons or a stand. I was hoping for a stand at least |

Same here. both my boys have one and it's great to watch them renact the movie there way, and I have one coming from a fellow board member, I think there cool for a new mold. I keep thinking though what it would look like with props and such ,like a heli? all in all I would give it a thumbs up. The kids like it and thats all that matters-mark

I saw the movie and was rethinking my opinion from early toy pics.
then i saw more recent pics and was iffy. finally saw one on the shelf at Walmart and wanted to punch something. this thing was as big as, or bigger than the Apaches in the movie, and yet the toy is barely the size of a basic, GI Joe car. I don't play with my toys much, but this, i can't even begin to want to display it on my shelf. "what's that?" "Proof." "of what?" "You can't get blood out of a turnip, but you can get 15 bucks outta me for that." all around sad.

I gave this bird a low score because I wouldn't get in any aircraft that doesn't have wings. It's like riding in a jet-powered bathtub. No thanks.

I'm using it as a recon craft, w/ a pair of para viper's inside. Its also serving double duty as a VIP transport. ITs not really heavily armed enough to be a gunship

Finally picked one up today because it was half-price. It's not perfect but I actually like it a lot more than I thought I would. it ended up bing a little bit larger than I had expected from the reviews. (Yep, sometimes it's quite good to have low expectations!)
Also I didn't know Firefly's helmet comes off so that was a nice surprise |

bought mine a few weeks back.
some suggestion:- 1. a bigger cockpit so that the pilot can sit well and the canopy closes properly. 2. same goes for the passenger compartment. a bit higher. 3. some details on the gunship itself. Since it is VTOL (some vents?) 4. add helicopter blades. makes a cool attach chopper. 5. color is out. painted mine black. |

I passed on this. Its completely underscale and under armed, same problem with the "Night Raven". Funnest vehicles so are for me the Cobra Hummer and the Crimson Hydra.

He can. There are holes for the feet to go in; when he's in properly the canopy closes with no problem.
