This is the Motor Max electronic Black Hawk Helicopter available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Black-Hawk-He.../dp/B001NLIQB0), which I purchased solely because it had functional gunner's windows that open. It appears identical to the Power Team Elite/World Peacekeepers Black Hawk with two exceptions; the aforementioned gunner's windows, and the entire "motor" assembly the main rotors are mounted to slide away to replace the batteries for the electronic sound and light function.
It's a pretty solid design, if slightly undersized in comparison to BBI's closer-scaled Black Hawk. The grey color would make it more optimal for use with Naval operations. It is decaled on the window side of the box, with the remaining decals packaged with the instructions. I plan on removing them, as they're slightly gaudy. Also, this is not anchored into the package by twist-ties or any other means which are typically over-done in every other vehicle I've bought in the past, spending 5-10 minutes just cutting or un-tying the product from cardboard backing. Instead, it simply slides out and is ready to be assembled. The top rotor blades and rear rotor assemblies pop right in place snuggly, while the rear stabilizer wing is a little loose. Nothing a bit of glue can't resolve. Like the PTE version, the sliding side door don't open quite as wide as I'd like; this can be rectified by cutting away the stop tab inside the door and if desired, remounting at the full open position. The gunner's windows slide open very nicely; an awesome update to this design. The electronics button is very subdued, not awkwardly standing out like most toys with electronic functions. It only makes one sound: the roar of rotating helicopter blades. No cheesy attack dialogue or inappropriate sounds on gunfire. The throwaway three figures included are pretty awful lumps of plastic, with only 5 points of articulation. The accessories aren't terrible; 3 M4's with M203 grenade launchers, 2 fuel cans and 1 fuel drum. A little pricey at $50 (and there are other similar ones on Amazon closer to the $100 range through other vendors), but I'm satisfied with this. Will definitely look better once I do a bit of customizing.

Neat! I hear this MotorMax version was sold under the True Heroes brand a few years back, before Chap Mei basically took over the brand. In your side-by-side pics, is the black one the PTE/World Peacekeepers version?
Also, what will be the eventual fate of the figures? Considering painting them up along with the chopper?

Wow, this is new. I really like the scheme here.
As far as I know there are four variants of this: PTE in black, PTE in dark green, True Heroes in rescue red/white, and now this. The PTE ones are frustrating. They fit most modern figures perfectly in the front seats, very poorly in the rear compartment, and there is no good way to get figures in the second row of seats. This is a welcomed improvement!
