Back again and this time I'll be showing off the Kong Skull Island: Killer Spider set.
Here is the packaging. Very colorful, and vibrant. Eye catching enough to entice all the young kids who love monsters. This time round, we get a figure, weapons, a jeep and a giant Spider creature. The figure has an alright likeness of Tom Hiddleston. Not anywhere near high end sculpting levels but you'd know who its supposed to be when you have him in hand. The body reuses a Corps! figure in a nice bright blue. All weapons can be carried at once with the hook launcher attachable to his back. The Spider creature is a gnarly beast that creeps and crawls. Nice detailed features on the head and back... and lower thorax The Jeep is a reuse of older molds, in a cool green with some nicely detailed mud for effects. On the left, is a jeep that was released in a big Lots set. Both Jeeps are the same exact molds. and the gas can is removable. For $10 dollars, its a pretty solid set, specially if you're after the creature and a vehicle.

I honestly think this is a better likeness of Tom Hiddleston than what he got for his Marvel figures.
Thanks for showing this!

Did I seriously forget to take pics of our Joes in the jeep?!
lets fix that! It looks like the normal sized Joes will fit perfectly. But due to the limited space inside, ONLY normal sized figures will fit. I tried a figure using the Retaliation RockBlock buck and its too big. Same goes for 50th Gung Ho But Figures should be able to fit with webgear on. And they will actually be in the right seat position to look THROUGH the (non)windshield instead of over it.

In fairness, those guys won't fit in almost any vehicle well. :(
