I have purchased the two identical figures shown in the pacture attached in a flea market in São Paulo/ Brazil. They look like GI Joe but they bear neither any Hasbro mark nor any production year. Their size is 10cm. Anybody could help?

Hasbro's 2009 GI Joe: Rise of Cobra action figure called Sgt. Thunderblast, which was supposed to resemble the 1984 character Thunder, from the GI Joe figure line.
