Today's new profile is the 1992 Gung Ho figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....2-gung-ho.html This update was true to the spirit of the Gung Ho character and was a pretty solid update to a classic character.

Today's new profile is the newly released Python Patrol Snow Serpent by Black Major:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....ent-black.html I've avoided the Python Patrol repaints. But, I found this figure to be a lot of fun.

Today's new profile is of the 1987 Jinx figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....1987-jinx.html Jinx isn't a figure that's ever meant anything to me. But, she is well done and remains very popular in the community at large.

Today's new profile is of the 1992 Duke figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....1992-duke.html The sculpt, base tan and gold highlights make for a great figure. The red highlights, though, prevent that. At least we got a great repaint of the figure.

I actually love that Duke. It’s my favorite Duke design.

I love the 92 Duke as well. I can still recall getting him as a kid. I agree with Mike T about the mold - it was used in 2000 with that great color scheme which improved on the original colors. I honestly never thought the red camo was terrible though considering some of the more outlandish colors used in the 90s.

I dunno yall. I'll concede that Duke isn't the worst figure produced that year. But 92 Duke isn't better than the original, or better than the Tiger force version. The 2000 version of that mold had a better color scheme, and even the Dessert Storm version of Duke was better in my opinion. So, at best, 92 Duke is like 5th best O-ring Duke? Meh....
