Good figure, awesome sculpt. However, since he's already dead in the comics, I want to use him as custom fodder, mainly to make some generic thugs such as the one here:

Just a correction as to the machine gun. You're correct when you say Kwinn was depicted with a .30 cal machinegun (M1919A4, to be exact) in the comic. The one with the figure, however, is Roadblock's M2 in .50BMG.
Cool figure, would love to have a couple, but it's looking more unlikely that these will show up at retail. |

That looks more like a .30, anyways. |

If you want your Kwinn running around with a .50 cal then "Ultimate" Rockblock's M3 would be a better choice, yes.
If you want accuracy you really have to go Sgt. Savage. |

The funny part is the receiver for Ultimate RB's .50 is an M3 but the barrel is pretty much an air cooled .30 type.
But yeah, to get as authentic as possible you're best bet is the Sgt. Savage .30 that Dynamite has. |

...and yeah, I was thinking the same thing, looking at RB's .50 cal barrel (looked like the .30 cal a bit)!

.50s for use on aircraft have a perforated barrel shroud, too. Going all the way back to WWII, in fact.
Still want a couple of the Rockblock ones for my Huey. As for the Cryo-Freeze Savage variation of the M1919A4, it's hard plastic. Last edited by Konigstiger; 08-12-2013 at 05:37 PM.. |

Great review. Kwinn must hold the record for staying dead in a comic book series the longest.
