And keep in mind Hasbro's idea of "urban camo": YOJOE.COM | Alley Viper I guess if everyone in the city is on an acid trip, these guys will just blend in. . . |

I really want that gas mask but Im not interested in either one of those figures. Hopefully hasbro will release the gas mask again with something I want.

I bought these guys at retail a month or more back and it was the only set I've ever seen in the wild. Shockblast is well worth it, Destro was a surprisingly easy sell do to the new parts and custom possibilities, the comic is one of the better ones in the 2-pack line, which isn't saying much cuz most of them either blow or blow a little less

Great Shockwave and really great re-imagining of Destro. He looks like an ass-kicking beast machine, and I dig the cables (power suit?) running from the pack to the left wrist console. And the chest armor is completely cool.
The headsculpt is a dead-on for the animation. |

I would have rather gotten the complete accessories with both Shockwave and Tunnel Rat instead of their crap companions, but the extra figures are okay.
I don't mind the subtle changes like the blue pockets on top of his legs, I think it's smart parts-reuse, although they're starting to use that one a taaaad too frequently now. It's okay, though. As far as Shockwave's existing accessories, the helmet is blah, but that gasmask is totally awesome. One of my favorite accessories from the whole line. I'd buy 5-10 of them if I could easily get them (like an accessories/gear pack or something). The training Storm Shadow is at least a new mold... Same with the Destro. Although, why can they not make a Destro whose knees have that extra joint? I consider this Destro fairly useless, the sculpt is nice, but I really don't want another Destro or Storm Shadow ever again. The best part of the Destro is the face sculpt... I just wish he had ears, or else I'd say I loved the headsculpt too. If that were the case, he'd be my default Destro head. Instead, he got tossed in my spare Joes assortment. And what are those feet supposed to be? Did Michael Bay design them? |

so far both resolute cp's are great! SS is a 10- any storm shadow fan and/or martia arts fan will appreciate his classic bushido style armor. Tunnel rat was cool, though it is a slight pain to keep his gun in his hands correctly. Destro looks great, amazing sculpt but, i agree with vader, the harness def makes posing a slight issue. Shockwave is a 9, the only thing that could make him a 10 is that he should have been givin a shotgun or small automatic weapon. Overall these are great...and the 22min comic was a really fun read too!!

I gave it a 9. The only thing I didn't care for were the strange looking silver spur type devices on Destro. I don't know what a pilot would need those for.
