the torso sculpt, maybe hasbro can reuse it to create airtight figure with bazooka legs, new head and arms, removable helmet and vest w/hose attached to black chest box, hose, backpack and gun with a cartoon inspiration!

great sculpt and color. A custom color would make it look better.
Just my opinion, barbeque and blowtorch should switch uniforms for what they do....blowtorch's suit looks more like a firefighters and barbeque looks more of an arson suit

Hey at least you got a hole to try and plug that hose into. My Blowtorch doesn't even have this hole. The place where the hole should be is covered in yellow paint. I didn't open him yet though to see if that is the case. Hopefully it is just paint so that I could just scrape it out. I will be upset if it's solid.
I completely retract what I said about the mask hose not being able to stay put in the chest hole. In fact, it stays on better than any hose accessory that's ever been put out. |

I added another picture to the beginning of this. Another comparison shot to the original. If you look at the first one I took, where they are unmasked, you might notice that the visor had been cut out of the vintage BT's mask. I got a replacement in today and took a proper pic.
In the new one, you may notice that the mask on the Modern Blowtorch is not coming out. Yesterday I wrapped one of those clear rubber bands that Hasbro loves to use in packaging around the straps, holding it in place. It basically trained the mask to hold the correct shape, and is no longer a problem. Just goes to show, those rubber bands are very useful...always hang on to a few, you never know when they may come in handy.

If you cut off the little ridge around the bottom of the back of BT's helmet, it will allow the helmet to sit farther back on his head, (ie, off his forehead more) and the mask will attach much better.
