Captain America: The First Avenger in Good Toy Shocker! I had pretty low expectations for this figure, following the disappointment of the previously-seen Battlefield Cap, Captain Britain and US Agent. Thankfully Hasbro finally got its head out of its arse and produced a good figure for the line. That Figures: REVIEW: Captain America: The First Avenger - Movie Series Red Skull

Solid figure. One of the best in this line. Only complain is the head seems a little small.

He does seem a little weedy in general but I put that down to him not being superhumanly strong. The head maybe is a little small but it kind of adds to the skullishness, I guess...

A pretty solid figure although I'd choose the heroic age cap as the best figure in the line due to great paint apps and then crossbones over Red Skull.

Nice review. Still got this hidden at Target. Don't worry though, it's hidden behind a tank that hasn't been touched in years. I'll pick it up later.

I haven't encountered either of those yet, but when I do I'll let you know what I think!

nice review...i returned ol' Redskull and Crossbones...they looked ok but, not good enough. And the only cap I've been 100 percent into is the Movie Modern cap, I think the figure is called Super Combat cap or somesuch...

I've yet to see a Crossbones in the wild but he's certainly on my list. I like the design from what I've seen online but I may not be so happy if I see it in real-life. We'll see...
