I would give this figure a 3, maybe a 4 if I am feeling generous. Definitely the least appealing figure to me from wave 11.

I kinda dig it as a Cobra and not Flint. I threw the standard Joe (SE, Stalker) web gear on him to have him standout a bit. Would really like all black Cobra Officer gear though, but the idea of all black Flint gear sounds cool.

I gotta say, that while flint was cool in the TV show in this gear, this prouct slot could have been better used for numerous other choices. 1/10 for me.

I was waiting to hear from you on this one. I knew you were going to be excited about this one. I myself will be looking to find him as well but will not bust my tail trying to find him. I don't really like the new helmet look but do like the cartoon gun look. I must say they need to bring Mutt out as well, that will be the icing on the cake |

I have a friend that is very excited about this figure.
Myself though... I LOVE Flint. My 2nd favorite Joe, but I think I may pass on this particular figure just because... well... I dont really NEED it, and I cant afford to get figures unless they are must haves of must haves. Like my Tiger Force Flint. Now... if they retool the head and or put the new arms on Flints regular or cartoon version.. that would be an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE! But anyway... Flint as Cobra Trooper...neat figure! |

I'm sorry, but this is EXACTLY the kind of figure I want Hasbro to make many more of. If you're going to do repaints and the like, this is the kind I WANT to see! Now lets have MUTT! Hasbro if you're going to do repaints, give us more alternate uniform Joes and Cobras!
How about?! 1. Wetsuit Shipwreck 2. wetsuit lady Jaye (re-use the Mass device Baroness) 3. wetsuit Scarlet (same as Lady Jaye) 4. more guys with removable helmets 5. FLAGG Deck Crew (use parts from lift ticket and what not) 6. Named civilians 7. Joes in Civis 8. more battle damaged characters 9. Cartoon exclusive figures... 10. Dreadknocks as Cops 11. Cartoon Ace 12. Quick Kick in a battle uniform (with footwear) I intend to get as many of this figure as I can find. I also think that the addition of the trooper head was a major stroke of genious! The extra trooper head is just the kind thing that all of us amature customizer's can use in all kinds of ways! THANK YOU Hasbro for throwing us a bone! How about these: 1 - Cadet Deming 2 - Mara 3 - Cobra La citizens 4 - Cobra Snakelings (from Pyramids of Darkness - the place where Shipwreck and SE almost cut cut by that wierd robot) 5 - Steel Brigade 6 - Joes in civilian clothes 7 - Those generic Cobra troopers that were not in traditional costumes - like in the GI Joe movie where Pythona encounters mechanics, etc... |

Actually... you know what would have been better?
If they had released a boxed set of like Flint and 5 other GI JOEs in Cobra Trooper disguise. That would have REALLY ROCKED!!! And been great for the troop builders as well. My 2 cents. Yo Joe! |
