Wild Bill makes use of Ace's body with a few new plug ins. The holsters, cow skull belt buckle and back pouch have all replaced the parts Ace came with. Wild Bill has new feet that look like cowboy boots and with the addition of a new vest, the Ace body is completely transformed into a fairly accurate rendition of the vintage Wild Bill. The new head seems a little small when it's viewed with the vest on, due in part to the big collar. Thankfully the size issue is balanced out when you put the removable hat on. Wild Bill comes with two Revolvers, Vest, Hat and GI Joe Stand
I'm not a fan of the lower legs (On Wild Bill or Ace) but it's not that big of a deal and doesn't distract much from a great update to the original Wild Bill figure. Figure Rating 8 out of 10 Pictures by Eopie Herder Last edited by Shogi; 08-31-2011 at 06:14 PM.. |

The pistols were soft, something I really didn’t like too well, the head’s really small, and he has some articulation problems.
But not bad, he’s a fairly accurate update. 7/10. |

This should have been a mail away or never repacked beyond wave 7...or available only with "vehicle".
This guy is holding back new stock ! ! !

Great Figure. It's too bad it's a current peg warmer. My only complaint is that the holsters are too big

Kidding. You have a point though, he'd have been a better deal packed with the Dragonfly, but at least he's a decent figure and good use of the Ace body. |

Excellent review!
Pegwarmer or not, he's definitely one of my favorite figures. I never had one as a child, so to me Wild Bill was a must-have with or without a vehicle. I have so much fun with mine... |

I like him. I liked Buzzer as well. Too bad they're both the worst pegwarmers out there right now... Torpedo's a close 3rd.
I'm sort of expecting Croc Master to be a pegwarmer (for those of you who bitch about the term, "last-picked-to-play-dodgeball"-er) as well. Maybe not, but he's just got something weird about him that may make him warm the pegs. He's totally awesome, and I can't wait for him, but something tells me that. I'm sort of looking forward to the cartoon-colored Wild Bill. Granted, the colors are ridiculous, and these colors are much more realistic. But for some reason, I've got nostalgia for the 'toon-colored one. If they'd just do a toon-accurate Flint... |

I good figure he has a lot of useful parts in customs the figure itself doesn't look half bad either, but does he really need three of the same guns?

i'm actually pretty sure Ace was a "prepaint" of Wild Bill, given the chaps and other WB-centric features o the mold.
good review ~ i like Bill a lot aside from the little head.
