I'm sitting here with my son and we are watching the Ninja Showdown and was wondering if I was the only one who wanted the entire Sigma 6 series to come out on DVD. It's not a terrible cartoon and the toys were great. GI Joe could really use more media tie-in. It's very anime which I don't a ton of but it's still a good show.

I never really saw it so I would be interested. My vote is yes.

I remember catching the Sigma 6 cartoon on Saturday mornings. I enjoyed it, but I hated the way they portrayed Tunnel Rat. Other than that, it was fun & I wouldn't mind being able to find it on DVD.

Yes, or just available on a streaming service.

Yes! I rather liked it, but I never even got to see about half the episodes since they stopped running it on TV. I picked up the First Strike DVD release (the first 5 episodes, re-edited) 10 flipping years ago, but the new stuff they added was pretty bad, so I'd be glad to re-buy those along with the rest of the series. I don't think I even knew about Ninja Showdown.

It was a fun anime style take on GI Joe. I'd love to see more of it.

I actually liked the show quite a bit, just didn't like the big, angular figures. If they had a 3 inch line that looked more "organic", I would have bought some. I remember getting up on Saturday mornings, before the DVR and Youtube days, just to check it out.
It was much better than Renegades, but not in the ballpark of Resolute. |

I'd buy it. It wasn't near as good as Renegades but it was still pretty cool and it was GI Joe on Saturday Morning which is worth something.
I love the Cobra Commander from this series too. Very super-villain. |
