There were three 2.5" figure sets that were sold only in Canada as far as I know. Dark Water has Heavy Duty on a quad with two BATS, Artic Blast has Duke, Shippy and Stone in winter gear, and Ninja Trials has SE on a glider and SS with a jet pack.
I happened to have to travel to Edmonton for work when these were in stores. I have decided to sell the three sets (for less than I paid). I am about to put them on Ebay soon, but I wanted possible fans and fellow tankers to get first chance. There is a picture in my BST link in my sig. It is the last pic in the first post.

I saw these at a friggin' Twin Falls, Idaho Grocery Outlet of all things back around 2008. They also had several Lt. Stones, and this was around the time he was already starting to demand wacky prices.
I stocked up on a few Stones for friends and customs, but it wiped me out, financially. I happened to mention these mini-vehicle sets (not realizing they were rare), and a bunch of fellow Sigma fans were begging me to buy them so they could buy them from me, but I'd had to dip into my next month's money already just to get the Stones. I still feel bad that I couldn't help them out, heh-heh. That was the first time I ever visited a Grocery Outlet (I nearly skipped it, but impulsively decided "What the hell?"), and while I've never found anything worthwhile since then, I still never pass up a Grocery Outlet store... just in case, you understand. |
