I've mostly been a transformers collector. I've collected a few S6 figures here and there and now that the line is cancelled, I want to pic up the best figures in this line before they disappear.
So I figured I'd ask the die-hard GI Joe fans on here. Which figures in the S6/Commando line are cant-miss must haves? Thanks for posting!! |

It really comes down to a matter of taste.I collect only Cobras. If i buy Joes, its to give their gear to my cobras. To answer your question, these are my must haves. All of these are MHO

i would definitely get more IG's. i think they are the best and basically only troop builders in the line.
i have 4 of them so far, trying to get 4 more to at least make a squad. toxic zartan is so/so, i like him a lot, but thats because ive never been able to track down a regular zartan. if you cant find a good CC then id go for the windfire cuz its somewhat possible to find at retail right now. |

i agree it is a matter of taste, i do tend to get cobras as well. the ig's are a must, and they seem to be fairly common, at least in my area. the bats are another troop builder in the line. here is the must get for me:
-original destro/crime boss great accessories! -both zartans -sky bat -all cobra commanders -firefly -torpedo -inferno -budo storm shadow -artic snake eyes i am missing a few because my brain is swollen from work, but i would start with these gems. |

V1 Snake Eyes V1 Storm Shadow V1 Zartan and V1 Cobra Commander are must have figures. Sigma Strike Duke, Recondo, Crime Boss Destro and Ninja B.A.T. are great figures as well.

i have a very basic collection of S6 as well. sort of a "bare minimum" like you sound like you are looking for...
V1 duke V1 snake eyes V1 storm shadow V1 long range V1 Cobra Commander V1 Destro skybat(s) arctic snake eyes (got him just for timber) shipwreck still need a dojo SE to complete my "ultimate version" of SE. also need cobra firefly, then i'm done. oh and maybe gung ho.

IMO they are all must haves. Except maybe the excessive amounts of SE's and Dukes. As well as the waste of plastic MM.

I actually feel the same way...all are must haves. Especially for taking other accessories and using with others. But then again, that's from what I read and can't really comment since all my stuff are still in their packages.
