Anyone else having problems with shockwave?

I got Shockwave last night and i had a few problems straight out of the box.His right leg doesn't go straight,it has a bow to it.His right chin is malformed and i can't get his head to go in any good positions.I'm guessing these problems came form the way he is positioned inside the pack.Just wondering if i just got a mucked up one or if they are all like this.
