Ya I was pretty excited about those Dr. Who toys, too, when I came across them - I almost wish I'd bought more of them, but I just got the one w/ the 2 generation Doctors, that had 9th & 10th in the same package I put them up on top of my desk w/ my Battlestar Galactica toys...

Wooo!
My case of Wave 13 arrived! I ordered the one that had two troopers and I'm glad it did, the troopers kick ass. I'm definitely going to buy the Resolute 5 pack. The best part of all this is that this is my Christmas present, so this wave didn't cost me a dime! Torch is a letdown though, the hose to his weapon should be made out of the flexible tube that Blowtorch has.

Moved back into my dorm in Springfield and drove around to see if any stores had anything good but I did find the Blurr and Swindle wave of Transformers Animated figures. It's a good thing I got a debit card from my credit union because it looks like it'll be a long while before Springfield get's anything good.

I usually find Snow Jobs at the Independence Walmart - at least, that's where I've seen them the most - I think Jak and I are going toy shopping tomorrow, we'll keep an eye out for you BTW - if there's any other fans out there - our Springfield Toys R Us and the Joplin Toys R Us are finally starting to carry the Diamond Select Battlestar Galactica figures!!! And the Joplin Walmart had some awesome Star Trek figures (Kirk & Spock)...Jak had to pick up a Spock when we were there They're really cool looking!! |

They have Baltar in the Minimates, but nothing in the large action figures...I got my Minimates from a place in KC - Hollywood something in mall w/ Rainforest Cafe...but last time I was there, they didn't have anymore, but they did have Anders for really cheap (I didn't have him yet). The other figures I got, before the Toys R Us ones coming out, I got at the KC Comic-con last year - Six, Caprica Six, and Apollo in his flight gear. I got Apollo in his Galactica uniform a week or so ago at our Toys R Us, and I found Starbuck in flight gear at the Joplin Toys R Us I'm looking forward to finding the others, if anyone sees 'em - Cylon Centurion, Kat & Helo...
