Heh... I live 10 minutes away (Centre City) but I'm never down that way. Hopefully it'll save me some driving once the Ultimate Battle Pack comes out.

From what I could see they were all between 12.99 and 16.99. But, when we go to Target and want to get something for 6.84 plus tax and it is not there...whose getting ripped off! We are!

Sounds like another turd in the water pipe of scalping. Seems like he is selling joes higher then the idiot at the jersey shore boardwalk. The lowest prices I've seen joes for at comic/hobby shops were $10. $25 is way to much. Don't give in to these guys................

Shadow Guard,
Don't get me wrong I'm all for capitalism, but chasing down figs puttin' them in a store and then charging higher prices for them is wrong. If he wants to charge that much - he should get them from a distributer...HE's NOT EVEN USING ONE...so the middle man costs should be cut out! |

There is a new toy shop in Richland, Buena Township, called It's A Toy Shop or something...I stopped in to check it out and found out from the owner that all of the merchdise in the store is from his collection, his brothers collection, and a third persons collection. When I asked him how he had such great selection of Joe 25th Anniv. figs and vehicles, he took the bait...hook, line, and sinker...He replied that he and his brother did not use distributers or Diamond Comics to get their stuff...They went to all of the Targets and stores they knew of in Atlantic and Glouchester counties...He said and it might be paraphrased, "You wouldn't believe how many places I know how to get to..." Then he tried to sell me a revision Snake Eyes and grey Timber for 24.99....Just thought I would share.
LMAO! What LOSERS! Can you say "Going Bankrupt">>>>>> LOL! |

New TRU opened in East Brunswick, it is one of those Babies R Us/TRU superstores. Unfortunately the only singles are revision case w/ Iron Destro etc. SRO packs are wave 1 only, Wave 1 vehicles and W2 exclusive 5 packs. Kinda disappointing - I was hoping they would stock some NEW stuff when opening a new store. At least they don't have the same stuff warming shelves that has been there for 3 years. Oh well, at least I got a local TRU again

BA -
I enjoy finding Joes in stores as well, but I have also resorted to the online shopping. Thanks for the support! |
