Got Ashiko and Cycle Armor yesterday. He is AWSOME! Definitely not a playing type toy though as the parts that attach to his body aren't terribly solid. But solid enough as a magnificent display figure. Also purchased a Cobra Viper Commando in Serpent Armor

I don't think the Serpent Armor has been seen at retail for a while, so I'm curious. Not that I want it though, I don't buy ROC.

Sorry I've been away from the computer for a bit, I am trying to start up an online toys and collectibles business and survive an introduction Astronomy course at UVU and I also have six kids.
In some circles its a heresy to buy figs on Amazon, but alas I needed/ really freaking wanted the figures. So I was willing to pay the price. The Ashiko went for 44 {OUCH} and thankfully the Cobra Viper and Serpent Armor were only 9.99. I am still trying to talk my wife into letting me buy a Masterpiece VF-1S Robotech Veritech for 220 at Newegg.com I also picked up Airtight, Sci-Fi and Lifeline from Amazon as well. The Lifeline I bough for only 11, Sci-Fi and Airtight were a little more pricey. But all of them ARE AMAZING! I love the detail that they've put into the 30th anniversary line. The serpent armor is exactly like the 80's SNAKE Robot Armor, I always wanted one when I was a kid but by the time I was old enough to ask for it the armor had been sold out. My first set of figures when I was 4 or 5 consisted of the first Rock and Roll, Cover Girl in the Wolverine, the APC, Scarlett, Flash, Grunt. I even remember my grandma buying me one of those styrofoam Joe Gliders. Today I will be getting the SDCC Zarana in the mail. I also recently signed up for the G I Joe Collectors club so I am extremely excited to get Footloose at the end of Spring. I wish I wouldn't have missed out on Dial Tone though, do you guys know anyone who has one and is willing to part with him for a price? |

I have also recently been conversing with the co-president of the G I Joe Collectors of Utah about re-surfacing and making the club stronger here in Utah. You guys interested?

There's a GIJoe Collectors of Utah club?
Anyway... Glad to see you around and posting. Let us know what you are looking for and if we see it we can post about it here. And good luck on your online business. Which brings to mind: Are there any collectibles/comicbook stores in Utah that sell current GIJoes? I've been unable to find one. |

I'd join a Utah GI Joe Collectors club depending on what it is.
