We mostly just shoot the shit, eat, drink and have a good time, but the get togethers are primarily for buying/selling/trading. NO SCALPING. I can't stress that strongly enough. A ton of great deals are made at or below cost. Those of us that meet up collect all different kinds of stuff. So it's not just Joes. There's also several guys who customize (and are pretty damned good to boot). So you get to see some of their amazing work, and some them even do commissions. It'd be great to have you come out, if you're so inclined.

mr david, fierce krypton i highly recomend coming to one of these meetups. alcinde4 is a great host and kool kat all around.
i've only been twice but had a blast both times, saw some cool gear, met some good people, ate pizza. really can't beat it.
